Here’s a fun read. The piece challenges the idea that the cdc is cooking the books through shuffling cause of death columns. It also gets into all cause mortality stats. The post concludes with some nice questions for the conspiracy hobbyist to reflect on. I’d be fooling myself if I didn’t admit some of the post shakes up points that have helped shape my perspective on this event.

It's a good read, but maybe not a fun one 😉

Man it's getting a little counterintuitive to get lost in the data. People take risks every day as adults. Like driving.

What if Elon Musk found some reliable looking stats that said smart cars save 100,000 lives a year because they eliminate human error. People would seem like jerks for not driving smart cars, and maybe the government would mandate us all to buy some federally funded smart vehicles (on a loan, of course) and let go of our steering wheels for good.
