Chem trails and social distancing
I live in central Florida and sky's are loaded most days with tic tack patterns... mostly over oceans on both sides

I haven't heard of any other areas that they are absent from besides SE Asia for whatever reason - maybe due to the climate?
I've noticed similar issues in timing. In the morning, it's beautiful out, but like you pointed out - around noontime - the sky turns plaid with these nasty plumes that cover the sky until late afternoon and early evening.
Don’t move here. Our sky isn’t nearly as blue as our politics.
