Interesting Jack, I forgot to mention, when asked, the Gila County public health nurse I spoke with said I WOULD NOT go on the survivor list. Because there wasn't enough info in my case.

Last I looked it was in the 120,000 range. And that's what can be found from insurance clames and lawsuits. Hospitals don't like to admit to things like this.
Even scarier...Look up the word Iatrogenesis. And the statistics related to that...
