Hasekamp hasn't a clue...
HA! Say's the guy demanding that it be regulated by fractional reserve banks What a tool.
How is he wrong?
What is the issue with Hasekamp's statement?
What is the intrinsic value of the US DOLLAR or UK POUND?

That was my point. Old monetary systems saying new monetary systems need to be regulated by the failing/mistrusted old system. "Gold backed" fiats have been running off nothing but the same public acceptance since at least WW2 and likely much longer once the gold reserves, I suspect, ran dry. I'm sure someone out there has done that digging, so if anyone has references for either side of that suspicion, I'd love to read em!
Now I'm not saying crypto has all the answers or is some godsend tech that will free us of our financial shackles, but it is definitely shaking things up and giving people a new tool we've never had before.
Shoot, I'm paying my buddy back for beers at the bar with crypto every chance I get!
