Hey peeps, I thought it might be nice to have a comedic interlude to lighten the tone. We can discuss how PC culture is prohibiting free speech in society. Such fun!

This guy calls himself 'Count Dankula' (don't get him on he's unintelligibly Scottish, but he) got convicted for making a joke in which he teaches his pug dog to do the Nazi salute. It wasn't a great joke, to be sure, but are we really so fragile we need state enforced policing of ideas?

However, there is push back from a number of comedians who are speaking out. Please note, we now have to have 'speak-easy' comedy clubs in which they are 'safe' to do this....

Will Franken, everybody.

I would also love to amplify these guys - their utube is triggernometry and they discuss hot button topics with experts, and the result is usually a nice dose of sanity in a mad world.

one of the hosts is Francis Foster (@failinghuman) and he tells it like it is. A voice we need.

The other host, Konstantin Kisin was refused a gig at a London uni because he would not sign a 'behaviour agreement' to say he would not make any sexist, ableist, racist, trans-ist etc etc jokes... because the un is a 'safe space'
