Have you ever heard of or read “The Ringing Cedars of Russia” by Vladimir Megre?

I was introduced to them about 4 years ago by my mother and was instantly hooked.
It’s hard for me to really write an overall description of these books, perhaps the story of a ‘truly enlightened’ human. They actually present a viable solution to all the fucked-up stuff that’s going on in the world around us.

They involve many subjects that are frequently talked about on the show. I would say the main focus is re-connecting with the earth (call it Sophia, Gaia, whatever you want, definitely a hot topic these days).

The books also talk about the education conspiracy, big business, sacred geometry/numerology, the power of language and words, aliens, teleportation, UFOs, astrology, astronomy, ancient history, hidden history, ‘dark forces’, magic, trans-humanism, childbirth/raising children, marriage, creating a new world, living in abundance, and some gardening.

There are some religious and communism notes, and the books can seem a bit ‘new age’ and unbelievable - that may turn a lot of people off. I would recommend putting aside any biases and reading the books all the way through. There are some serious gems in there.

Of course the whole thing could just be a made-up to sell Siberian cedar products. I would call this series a ‘must-read’ nonetheless. I’m sure that every listener of this show could take something away from these books.

And so people don’t think I’m some shill trying to sell books or some shit, here are the first two books for PDF download (I’m sure the other ones are online somewhere):

As far as guests go, there are a few options:

Translator John Woodsworth:

Editor and co-translator Dr. Leonid Sharashkin:

And the author himself, Vladamir Megre:
(I don’t think he speaks English well)

I’m not sure how easy it is to get any of those guys for an actual interview, but hopefully someone at least reads these books and enjoys them as much as I did.
