Coffee Enema

After a long time being curious about coffee enemas I finally pulled the trigger on a full set up from directionwithpurpose.com mostly because she offers unroasted green coffee and that all made sense to me.

So I did my first enema tonight, after putting the kids to bed, and it was... interesting? I do feel like I purged decently and I'm a little wired up feeling but also feel like I can go to bed readily. I would like to try it in the morning in the morning in the future.

Has anyone else experimented with these? Any tips, advice, results, etc?
