J&J Appeal rejected over asbestos in baby powder

This is a case often cited by Greg regarding Johnson & Johnson's shady business practices.
So needless to say, I was pretty happy to see the courts deny the appeal, and that J&J is now forced to pay $2,2 Bn. The US Court system where white-collar criminals never ever go to jail, and only need to pay fines will never cease to amaze me, but hey, we're making small steps..
