/pol/ is all over this news story for obvious political reasons. I'm curious if there'll be any substantial 'woo' speculation, synch-connections and other fringe, ritual sacrifice speculations regarding Baldwin's murderous rampage. That's the kind of tinfoil that really gets my lemon squeezing.

Well, I would say this story is an example of “If it bleeds, it leads”; along with “Celebrity“. The sad thing is thousands of people die all the time from handgun accidents. Trouble is they are not really accidents, truth is it’s negligence. Lack of proper firearms education, which ought to be required. Some of the rules they teach you in the beginning: 1. treat every gun as loaded, and check the chamber for a round. 2. Never point a gun a person. 3. always carry a gun pointed in a safe direction (muzzle down) etc. etc.
Shouldn’t a prop gun be a dummy & have no working firing mechanism? In comparison, I can’t imagine a prop knife or sword having sharpened edges. Did someone bring a gun to work & it got left in the prop room?
Where the controllers, politicians, big business, Hollywood, & my ex are concerned, I’m at the point of thinking very few coincidences are coincidental.
