if i am not mistaken this high strangeness author writes in french and then his works is translated. if not, let me know... i know he is french tho... if i'm not mistaken

He writes UFO books in English , came to the US in 1962 and holds a PhD from Northwestern. His first UFO book (1965) Anatomy of a Phenomenon I have 1st Ed 2nd Printing hardback and there is no translator credited nor is a French original or translation mentioned. He wrote a science fiction novel in French.
