Blue light blocking glasses

I enjoy every episode of THC. The recent episode about light was fantastic! I already owned a pair of blue light blocking glasses that my mother gave years ago. My mother has told me about the blue light effects on melatonin. That episode was everything I needed to hear about light! So now I'm wearing my blue light blocking glasses every night as soon as the sun sets! THC is full of so much good we can do! So easy! And also the turpentine episode was life changing. Many life changing episodes. Long time listener lol ok I'm rambling now edibles kicking in 😆
