Did they cancel red dead 2? I can’t get my game to work.

Am I the only one that can’t get red dead 2 to play? Or did they decide for me that this game was inappropriate for modern society? I know there was some hype about an npc that went viral and all of the sudden it’s the only game I can’t get to work on my console. Even with a disc.
