I haven't finished listening to the Horsley interview, I assume he's from across the pond from his attachment to owls as a witchcraft symbol. Here, we have access to the Native American take on spirit animals, where the owl has a meaning, nothing to do with witchcraft. I've had some spirit animals show up for me in dreams and awake. I think the owl symbolizing wisdom is good enough to symbolize your podcast which is all about wisdom/truth seeking. And originally witches were wise women, herbalists, midwives, women who knew their craft before it got overlaid nastily by religion and society to get to get rid of them to make room for doctors. It spoke volumes to me when Horsley said he wouldn't back down. No room for learning or understanding when you do that. You handled a confrontative approach with grace, Greg. Cheers to you!

12 years ago, I taught myself how to have lucid dreams, and then out of-body-experiences. Apparently I had a knack for it, as before I knew it I was having multiple (up to 7) experiences per night/morning, at least 3 days per week. I've had thousands of experiences, some of which were truly mind-blowing and life-changing, including being offered a contract by someone/something evil. Turning it down led to an even more mind-blowing experience. I've also had experiences with things I can only describe as 'divine'.

All I can say is, Jasun is legit based on my experience, and what he says about these realms being ultimately unproductive (at best) is congruent with my experience. There are manipulative entities out there that will lie to you and take you for a ride. My current understanding is that whatever happens to you during these missions is ultimately unhealthy and destructive to some extent, possibly a large extent.

Just felt Jasun deserves some back up, because most people I hear speak about astral travel and OBE's are totally uneducated/unexperienced, and say things that don't align with the reality of the experience.

My favorite part of the interview was when Jasun proclaimed that his book was nearly indecipherable to most people, even highly educated ones like his sister.  When Greg said he read it and understood it, Jasun was shocked, but then reasoned that Greg must be a skim reader and didn't actually understand it.  What an asshat.

Horsley has had numerous podcasts, projects, books, etc.

I get that the "system" of control started for him as a baby with alcoholic absent parents. His personal trauma colours his work looking for a fix.

He's bang on loads on things but kept under a certain  away from full public notority & fame.

He has said in the past, why wasnt he more popular which is akin to a child looking for absent parents.

I admire his brutal honesty and tip of the spear books like vice of kings, his own journey, and willingness to admit a mistake or misinterpretation.

Like to hear more from him Greg and Jasun are great opposites that complement each other with  the odd verbal sparring its a conversation not a presentatiin or formula replies.
