I haven’t really used this feature but have been a long time listener of the Higherside chats. I am wondering if anybody can help me out. Over a month ago I was diagnosed with Lupus and live in the not so wonderful state of southern CA if any of you have lived here and been diagnosed with a chronic Illness then maybe you too have come to the conclusion that this state does not help with your symptoms and tends to keep people sick. When I say I am diagnosed with lupus I mean I have ALL the symptoms and I have been experiencing and uphill struggle trying to feel better. I have been on a strict AIP diet for over a month now and have a holistic practitioner who has made me an herbal anti inflammatory tincture etc. however I am not getting better and I think the food in CA is part of the reason. Also maybe the weather. Anyways, we’re thinking we should move, do any of you know of any states that are good for people with Lupus and severe allergies?
