I am suspicious of the student loan forgiveness that is being extended. At the minimum, it's Biden trying to buy votes (or do something popular enough to make the election rigging seem plausible). But we all know that the free gov money/UBI push is part of an agenda: inflate the dollar, give ppl free money to solve their poverty, which causes more inflation, rinse and repeat.
Eventually these payouts are going to be tied in to the CBDC scheme, and you will be paid in programmable money linked to your social credit score etc.
I'm wondering if any of *that* is going down with these student loan payoffs. I feel like this is too big a thing for there not to be a catch. Anyone have any real information on exactly how these payouts are taking place?
I always assumed any potential forgiveness would be tied to some type of "nat'l service". With recruitment being in the shitter & a potential war on the horizon, they might be able to coerce these college-edjumacated Millenial idiots into military service in exchange for SLF.
@hisich it's going to be a tough sell. college kids these days are brainwashed into believing that the US military is the pinnacle of all the evil in human existence. not sure how many SJW's and women's studies students are going to take that deal.
I'm not sure about that, seems like the formerly antiwar Left has largely jumped on the warmongering bandwagon largely due to anti-Russia hysteria. I've seen video of antiwar protestors being shouted down at AOC & Obama speeches and seen people there say things like "Russia is our enemy".
The people on the Left are the worst NPCs & don't seem to have any real principles other than mindlessly following whatever current thing they deem to be "Right-think".
People in my own family/friend circles (almost all Democrat-leaning) who were antiwar when GW Bush was President were suddenly fine w/war after Obama was elected & are all virtue-signaling about Ukraine now.
These people either don't understand the insane risk that "supporting Ukraine" poses for the USA/US Military or are fine w/a potential war w/Russia.
These are the same idiots who idolized Fauci despite having no idea who he was prior to March 2020 and who mindlessly supported lockdowns and got the ClotShot.
students just don't want to work and accept responsibility for their loans. the federal government (since obama) has re-payment options such as income driven repayments. you only pay a percentage of what you earn. so if you earn $30k a year, your monthly payment is going to be around $40. you're telling me that college educated grads can't earn enough a month to make that payment?
