I bought this damn book months ago.
When Amazon failed to deliver I cancelled my order and bought from Blackwells, in UK- for delivery mid-december.
It is now January the 12th and yesterday I contacted Blackwells to ask WTF
I never heard back from them, so I tried again, I was met on their "Contact Us" page with this message!
Notice the post made '11 hours ago'... about 12 hours after I contacted them!

Yh its a problem. I only looked on amazon and book depository and it wasn't available to even order. This was a few weeks ago

I checked Ebay UK and it was available.
Here, it's the #3 selling book on Amz and on sale now.
