Thanks again for addressing this. I think I got a little dramatic with the breach accusation but I was pretty angry at the time. In retrospect it was obviously an honest mistake.
My motive for calling it out was selfish... I had been considering my options for a new job lately, so my greatest concern was my name turning up archived posts in a Google search (which can happen even if it is switched back to my tag on the live site) if I applied somewhere. Hence my considering scrubbing my entire presence here. If I wasn't still stuck in the rat race this wouldn't be a big deal, but such is life.
And maybe most people aren't gonna care. They're here to connect but not tell their life stories. But I knew other regular posters would have similar concerns. By the time I checked in to the new site it seemed most of them had caught it and did their damage control.
WP plugins are a bit tricky when you go beyond plug and play so I can see how this could have easily happened. Regardless, thanks for fixing it and being responsive.
