Structured Water Information and Resources

Hello, all!

I've heard some tantalizing information on the benefits of structured water. (I'll post the original podcast that piqued my interest when I recall which one it was.) At this point I'm convinced that it is a thing, has demonstrable properties and does have benefits. However the guest had mentioned buying a system to re-structure water after filtration. I don't think he named the system and I got the feeling it was quite pricey.

Nevertheless, I am not to be deterred. I wanted to start this thread so we can share resources, systems, information, testing methods, testimonials, etc. relating to structured water!

I would be especially interested in homebrew solutions, and methods of testing that any of you have come across.
