Can't message/respond to PM's because WPForo, the software running the forum, has some default anti-spam restrictions until a minimum number of posts is made but doesn't actually mention that that is the reason why. I wonder what the number is. It might be one...Anyways, if you get that message that's why. It probably should be removed or made more clear.
