Perfect timing on this episode for me. Closing on a house with 13 acres in December.
Jim’s YouTube channel is giving me a lot of thoughts on how to incorporate our own sustainability.
We are acquiring chickens with the property and are going to start beekeeping early on. Mushrooms, apples, and maple are already on the property.
Anyone other Highersider’s doing this around the Illinois/midwest area?
