Trying to find an episode please help!

Hi guys, looking for an episode I think from a year or two back. I’ve already used the multiple search features and even spent quite a bit of time just scrolling through the archive.

I think the episode was on Puerto Rico (not the Natalia Forty one). About how the US government ran experiments on the local women. I think their may have been a segment in a hospital in PR too. I thought Spanish Flu and bloodletting was also mentioned?
