Where do I upload a THC opening theme song cover?

I’m new to forums of any kind and have abstained from social media for years. I know you’ve mentioned it on your show but I don’t remember exactly which episodes (there are many) where Greg gave instructions about this. 

please remind me so I can uploads Ze notes und Ze scales and hear it on my favorite show.
