Capitalism is rigged
Here is a commentary on workers and capital. It is reviewing remarks made by an honest capitalist on how the system is rigged against breaking into the owner class and how metrics encourage unethical and Illegal behavior in the lower ranks. They go on discussing how the financial system is designed to keep the rich rich and the poor poor.

Bricks and mortar store. That's your first mistake right there. Even big companies can barely sustain a high street presence. This has a rolling effect of knocking out stores, which reduces foot traffic, which knocks out stores... (and here's a great (now finished project) that aimed to combat the issue.
Same thing happens with farms which have to 'eat' each other to survive.
His points about leverage are particularly salient, poor and want to borrow money? fuck off, you irresponsible peon. Rich and want to borrow, let's open the flood gates. There are a hundred little perks that add up to ridiculous advantages. For example, there is a casino business here that occupies vast tracts of central city land, and they pay $1 a year. If I want to set up a little ice cream stand out side, I'm looking at 10,000 grand minimum.
