The Titus-Bode law regarding the formation of planets at points of periodic resonance was mentioned in the air episode and has some bearing on your concept. But frankly, I always had the impression that the channeled material you reference was speaking of a change in consciousness / incarnation more than a physical move. Then again that could be interpreted as the humanity soul-group incarnating in the next generation of Vesuvian children on the fourth Bode resonance planet. Who knows? I don't tend to put a great deal of stock into channeled material on the whole as one is typically asking to be inhabited by another being and often without much discernment. It's almost like picking up on a random 80's party line, but you're the phone.

When Greg interviewed Thornhill in 2016, they discussed how the Electric Universe might imply the formation of a hollow planet.
At that time, Thornhill was reluctant to commit to hollow planets, but, by the 2017 conference, as demonstrated in this video of his presentation, he seems to have decided that that the Electric Universe necessitates the formation of a hollow planets.
This is fodder for Greg's pet theory, the Hollow Earth.
