That must be nice. I've lived in Taos back in 2008. I need to go back, been gone too long. But thanks to my family visiting me, my freezer is stocked with green chili. Taos is beautiful, it reminds me of a little Santa Fe, particularly in the square. I really miss the food. Saluda!
