Whether or not archons exist, doesn't matter to me. All I care about is the perspective that believing in them gives me. My ability to believe in them, regardless of their actual existence, gives me the power to accomplish my goals- to be happier and healthier. My subconscious was never really energized by the phrase "happier and healthier." But "starvin' archons," "increasing the body count," and "racking up Confirmed 4-D Kills," turns him into Johnny On The Spot.
On another level, I don't believe in archons. Why should I? There is precisely zero evidence for them and, to be quite honest, it's a little too Victim / Snowflake for me. "Oh, it's not my fault! Somebody else is causing me to be this way!" Deep down I can't stand a person who won't take responsibility for their own actions- let alone their own thoughts.
And it is in this headspace that I can truly appreciate the genius of the archon narrative. It is a magnificent employment of the Law of Polarity. To take something that is fundamentally you, and to "otherize" it in a way that will cause you to put up a fight against it. A way that will cause you to tap into the infinite potential between two opposing forces for the betterment of mankind.
When I die, I want to meet the master sorcerer who constructed this simplest of mind games that has the potential to change the fate of all of humanity. Certainly I believe in archons! The magic doesn't work if you don't.
Greg has talked a few times about the "Hidden Hand." It is the story of some mysterious guy who showed up in some forum claiming to be one of THEM. He said that the "elite" were a group of souls that had agreed to come down here to assist in the evolution of mankind. By taking up the role of "bad guys," they would cause humanity to grow beyond what it once was.
Many in the New Age community have taken on this perspective and applied their teachings to it. "Don't judge them, they are here for our benefit." "What you resist persists." Some even regularly thank them for their noble sacrifice.
If Hidden Handjob is telling the truth, then we must decide what evolution means. Does it mean learning to accept and come to peace with our enslavement and that of our brothers and sisters? Nothing about that screams "enlightenment" to me. What he must be referring to is learning to overcome the obstacles they present us with.
Obstacles are a counterforce. Polarity. His own statements (as long as we are not blinded by the New Age) dictate that we fight against him. That we push through or overcome the obstacles keeping us from our ascension. If you come to peace with the current state of affairs and stop resisting, you are no longer engaged in the gift of Polarity he has so gallantly sacrificed to bring to us. And consequently, you are no longer evolving.
It looks to me like the Hidden Hand material is designed to play upon false New Age teachings to pacify a populace that is ignorant of the benefits of the Law of Polarity.
You are far more powerful than they will ever tell you.
