LOL, if only 'the poor' had capitalism...they'd be able to start a business w/o jumping through govt.-licensing hoops, not have to worry about the socialist police force cracking their skulls, and wouldn't be getting screwed by socialist taxes & socialist monetary/banking system...
"Democracy" is just one of these feel-good words...

I would love to hear the reasoning behind the US having a socialist banking system.

Nothing you have said so far was anything I would have predicted.

Govt. (a socialist org) claims/maintains a monopoly over money & banking...

My point was/is that someone who has their mind made-up about something they can't be swayed by reason/facts to change their mind.
I can explain to you exactly how I think things would work in a free-society, but you'd simply find endless 'reasons' why it would 'never work'...in the slavery scenario I laid out, I could counter every single argument you made against slavery in the same way you would counter every single argument I would make in favor of freedom/libertarianism.

Where does JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, and the Federal Reserve fit into this supposed government monopoly?

That certainly applies to fundamentalism of all flavors, including free-market fundamentalism.

Explaining water rights will do just fine - I'm still waiting for a single syllable on that front.

Try to open a bank and/or issue your own money & govt. will shut you down or kill you. They're a govt.-sponsored/empowered cartel.

What is 'fundamentalist' about believing that peaceful people should be left alone...? Really, this is all libertarianism & free-market-ism is about...
C'mon, now, you know that no matter what I say about water rights that you'll simply shoot it down! If you're truly interested in a free-market take on it (which you're probably not), you're welcome to search the internet for people who can explain it better than I can. I'll point out that the State (which is now taxing RAINFALL in some places) claiming ownership of water doesn't preclude problems (ask Flint, Michigan!).

What do you think the history of the Libertarian movement is? Do you have any idea who started it?

I know what libertarianism means to me--promoting the non-aggression principle, self-ownership, and voluntary human interactions. Scary stuff, eh?
Where does your belief in democracy & statism come from? State schools that were meant to turn you into a manageable, obedient 'citizen' (serf/slave)!

Really sticking to that signature quote by Hegel.

Again, not sure what the problem is w/promoting the NAP, self-ownership, and voluntary interactions...?

Learn the history, that video I linked gives a good summary as a start. Don't believe it? Look at the results where it has been tried.
Picture is worth a thousand worth 🙂
