Crazy story and I can see how may you feel that your lifelong malaise was brought on by this chain of events.

I am interested in knowing whether or not you believe these occurrences were of a physical nature (nuts and bolts crafts, flesh and blood greys) or more along the lines of a quasi-reality, dimensional bleed over scenario?

There seem to be aspects of both in your narrative.

I think the Greys I saw and the structure I found myself in looking at the baby are nuts & bolts. The black figure may have been a dimensional anomaly. If only I could remember more....
